Iellwen played with an arrow she pulled out from her pack. She ran her fingers through the feathery end of it. She seated herself on the grass and sat silently.

I leaned against a tree, "Are you going to shoot anyone in particular?"

Iellwen didn't even jump at the sound of her voice. "You, if you don't tell my why you are here?" she asked coldly.

"I'm just passing through." I said smiling.

"Then keep going on with your walk, there is nothing here that could entertain you," she said in a harsh voice.

"Well I was actually going to rest here." I said sitting down a safe distance away.

Iellwen's eyes flashed dangerously. "What makes you think I will allow you to rest here?" she asked in a low voice.

"Oh I'm sorry, I didn't realize I needed your permission."

Iellwen narrowed her eyes. "Do you not recognize me? No matter, you can sit there."

"Yes actually now that I think about it. You're Legolas' sister."

Iellwen pursed her lips. "May I inquire your name?" she whispered, raising her eyebrows.

"You could inquire I suppose. But do you need my name?"

Iellwen frowned slightly. "Yes, I'm afraid I do."

"Fine, it's Caldawen. What about you?" I said lazily.

Iellwen raised her eyebrows. "I thought you said you knew who I am. Were you lying before?" she said coolly.
